Brothers and sisters, life can seem unbearable at times. Physical pain, difficult decisions, financial hardships, the death of a loved one, or shattered dreams threaten to engulf us.
The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.
You and I may become fearful and perplexed. Plagued by doubts, we may even find it difficult to pray.
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Those of us who know the Lord through personal faith in Christ have in Him a calm retreat in the storms of life. Even while the howling winds of trial and tribulations are sweeping over us. You and I can experience peace of mind and a calmness of spirit.
For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
Brothers and sisters, do you feel over whelmed by your trials? Learn a lesson from that old soldier. I am a soldier in the Army of the Lord. Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer, therefore, fix your mind on the Lord. Ask for His help, then trust Him to give you peace in your storm.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Accept Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, today. Today is the day of salvation. Now is the accepted time. You may not have tomorrow. Salvation is a free gift. Have a Blessed Day.
